LOWERSACKVILLE.COM BUS & METRO TRANSIT LINK INFORMATION
In 2006, Metro Transit (Halifax, Nova Scotia's Public Transportation System), opened a HIGH SPEED LINK in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.
In essence, the METROLINK is a high speed (very few stops, and special bus lanes) transit system that moves people efficiently to & from Lower Sackville, Burnside Industrial Park, Dartmouth and Halifax.
The Metro Transit Link location in Lower Sackville (#185 Sackville Link), also houses a Visitor Information Centre. Please note: The Sackville MetroLink does not operate on Saturday & Sunday.
It is not unreasonable at all to say that, "100s and 100s of Lower Sackville residents" use the METRO TRANSIT LINK everyday!
Lower Sackville has 2 "PARK & RIDE" locations. One is located at the "Sackville Terminal" off Walker Road; the other is located on Cobequid Road.
